Mostyn holds Advance level coaching qualifications which is the highest level available for coaches in Australia.
With this and his experience in teaching golf to all levels of golfers, Mostyn discovered weaknesses in the systems used for developing new golfers and the methods to help continue development at high levels. This is where the journey to simplify the coaching structure began.
